Siam Piwat Group—a leading real estate and retail developer, owner and operator of Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and Siam Discovery, and a joint-venture partner of ICONSIAM, ICS, and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok—is reinforcing its position as a global sustainability leader. Fully recognizing the critical importance of ecosystems as a pressing global agenda, and on the occasion of the United Nations’ International Day for Biodiversity—established to raise awareness of ecosystem loss and foster a deeper understanding of biodiversity’s role in human life—Siam Piwat has launched a “Biodiversity Photo Exhibition.” In collaboration with the Embassy of Peru in Thailand and documentary photographer Chittiwat Pornprasert , the company presents a dual nature photography showcase featuring two distinct styles. These exhibitions aim to reflect the vital significance of ecosystems, inviting the public to connect with and explore nature through various visual dimensions.

The Embassy of Peru in Thailand presents “Peru’s Natural Reserves: Biodiversity and Landscapes,” a captivating photography exhibition running from May 19 to June 14, 2026, on the 5th Floor of Siam Discovery.
Organized by the Embassy of Peru in Thailand, “Peru’s Natural Reserves: Biodiversity and Landscapes” captures the breathtaking beauty of Peru’s natural heritage and its remarkably unique ecological diversity. The collection spans across three distinct regions: the Coast, the Highlands, and the Amazon. Through a meticulously curated selection of photographs, the exhibition showcases astonishing biodiversity, majestic landscapes, and eco-tourism destinations, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the sheer richness of Peru’s ecosystems.
Recognized globally as one of the top ten mega-biodiverse countries, Peru’s showcased collection focuses heavily on highlighting the abundance of its natural world, alongside its cultural diversity and eco-tourism. Furthermore, the Embassy of Peru in Thailand places great emphasis on fostering environmental awareness for future generations. The embassy also reaffirms its commitment to strengthening the close cooperation and diplomatic relations between Peru and Thailand through initiatives that celebrate nature, cultural heritage, and sustainability.

In parallel, the nature photography exhibition by documentary photographer Chittivas Pornprasert, held on the occasion of International Day for Biodiversity 2026, will be on display from May 19 to 24, 2026, at Layer 5A, NEXTOPIA, Siam Paragon.
Through his camera lens, the photographer chronicles the narrative of “Hidden Paradise”—natural pockets thriving outside protected reserves, yet situated so close to human habitats that they are often overlooked or rarely observed with true depth. By seamlessly intertwining scientific insight with human emotion and lived experience, the exhibition demonstrates that biodiversity is not a distant concept, but an integral part of our daily lives that coexists with us in every space.
In addition, on Saturday, May 23, 2026, the artist himself will host an exclusive gallery talk to share the profound stories behind each photograph. The public is invited to attend this complimentary talk starting from 2:00 PM onwards at Layer 5A , NEXTOPIA, Siam Paragon.
