The relocation will contribute to greater teamwork under a concept of \u201c<strong>One Dream, All Possibilities<\/strong>\u201d to drive forward into the future under the challenges of today&#8217;s automotive industry in Thailand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mr. Hideo Kawasaka<\/strong> joined<strong> Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Japan <\/strong>in 1991, where he held key positions in production, sales, product and sales planning in the automotive business and strategic planning, and dealer operation. In 2015, he was promoted to the position of President &#038; CEO at <strong>Honda Cars Okayama Co., Ltd., <\/strong>which is a subsidiary of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Japan. He started in the position of Vice President at <strong>Honda Motor China Investment Co., Ltd.<\/strong> In 2021, he became the General Manager at <strong>Honda Skill Research Science &#038; Tech Co., Ltd., China<\/strong>. <strong>Mr. Kawasaka<\/strong> played an important role in enhancing Value Chain skills, managing the company\u2019s overall approach to creating value from the very first stage until products are delivered to customers. This included research and development, production system resourcing, sales, and taking part in strategic planning for Honda in China to create innovative technologies and products that best met the needs of customers. This relocation aims to create unity for Honda where all associates can work together efficiently and grow together towards a common goal. Honda has always placed a strong emphasis on its human resources, recognizing them as a vital component in driving the organization towards success. The new office is situated on over 16 rai of land. The design is simple yet inspiring based on the concept \u201cWork + Life = GOOD VIBES with 2C&#8217;s: Cozy and Connect\u201d and aims to address the living and lifestyle challenges of associates. The new location is divided into three main buildings and one parking building.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The office building<\/strong> is designed to create an airy and streamlined atmosphere that enhances work efficiency by connecting various functions with convenient technology. It also includes a co-working space where associates can change their working atmosphere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The reception building<\/strong> serves as an area for welcoming visitors to the office and supports the organization of various activities in various forms.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The <\/strong><strong>recreation <\/strong><strong>area<\/strong> encourages a healthy lifestyle for associates, including a gym and a badminton court. There is also a caf\u00e9 that serves beverages and a bakery for both Honda associates and visitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, green areas in the space surrounding the office serve as a relaxation area for everyone in the company.
