ทั้งนี้ บริษัท พร็อพเพอร์ตี้กูรู เอเชีย พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ อวอร์ดส์ แอนด์ อีเวนต์ในเครือพร็อพเพอร์ตี้ กูรู กรุ้ป ผู้จัดงานมอบรางวัลนี้ ได้เปิดตัวรางวัล People’s Choice Awards เป็นครั้งแรกในประเทศไทยในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2567 เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้กับผู้ที่มองหาบ้านและคอนโดในไทยได้มีส่วนร่วมในแวดวงอสังหาริมทรัพย์มากขึ้น ซึ่งรางวัล People’s Choice Awards นี้จะเป็นรางวัลที่คนไทยทุกคนสามารถเข้ามาสนับสนุนและรับรองโครงการต่างๆ ที่ตรงกับความต้องการได้อย่างแท้จริง โดยได้ชวนคนไทยร่วมโหวตเพื่อค้นหาสุดยอดผู้ประกอบการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ชื่นชอบเมื่อวันที่ 26 กรกฎาคม – 9 สิงหาคม ซึ่งบุคคลทั่วไปในประเทศไทยได้ร่วมลงคะแนนโหวตผ่านเว็บไซต์ของทางบริษัทผู้จัดงานมอบรางวัล

โครงการอสังหาฯ ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้รับรางวัล People’s Choice Awards มีจำนวน 10  แบรนด์ ซึ่งผู้บริโภคได้พิจารณาจากคุณภาพของโครงการ ชื่อเสียงของแบรนด์ และความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภค โดยการมอบรางวัลดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงาน  Property Guru Thailand Property Awards  ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเป็นปีที่ 19

The Forestias by MQDC is hosting a thrilling 5-day Halloween celebration, “The Awakening Forestias 2023, The Carnival of Magic”, with fairground attractions, live music, parades, and games on 27-31 October 2023.The Forestias, an upcoming neighborhood by MQDC at Bangna, is confirming its status as a top family festival venue, marking all the year’s big occasions with fabulous events.

“The Awakening Forestias 2023, The Carnival of Magic” features fairground attractions, a parade of Halloween characters, and games including Hoop Shot, High Striker, Bowling Game, Don’t Wake the Spider. Visitors can win great prizes at The Tree of Plenty, take spooktacular selfies at the photo corners, and chill with the Humming Birds Live Band.

Witch’s Caldron Alley will serve Halloween-themed treats and eats throughout the event.

The Forestias, now nearing completion, is a sustainable mixed-use neighborhood where homes are set amid malls, offices, entertainment venues, healthcare facilities, and extensive green space including 4.8 hectares of deep forest.

The forest district’s Event Lawn has already hosted a series of full-capacity celebrations to mark festivals including Christmas and Songkran as well as Halloween.
